Anyone aware of a read-it-later desktop or mobile app that is not a service or connects to the cloud? An app where all of the data lives on-device only?

For context: Apps like Omnivore and Pocket work well, but connect to a remote server. I'm looking for something similar to an RSS reader where you add your own feeds and it is on device only, like Liferea on desktop or Feeder on Android. I know things like Linkwarden and Wallabag exist, but I'm looking for something that doesn't need a server component. It happens just in the app and never leaves my device.
