I'd have to fill them up with air once a month. i got my car stuck in a ditch and despite having 3 tires on the ground they all started spinning out because there was not enough traction. when taking left turns i'd have to account for my rear sliding slightly if the temps were below 50F and countersteer. i avoided rain because the last time i drove in the rain was on an interstate and even when going 50mph it was like driving through a slipnslide.
