@danderson FWIW Technology Connections (the YouTuber) does like the cool white, dims to warm white bulbs (and was disappointed those too went end of sale). As I remember it he liked them because you got “daylight-ish” during the day, and then the option for “less blue light” at night for preparing for evening/sleep.
(I have cool white in “utility” places, but only warm white in “lights on at night” living spaces.)

@ewenmcneill Yeah if I ever go to the trouble of installing dimmers and/or smarter bulbs, it'd be to be able to gammastep the entire house - bright daylight during the day, sliding to soft/warm in the evening to help the brain maintain rhythm.
But every time I think of doing that, I remember long ago having Insteon everywhere and how it was annoying when the switch firmware bugged out. And then I remember Insteon imploded without warning one day and how being mad in the dark isn't fun
