I've really been enjoying using mp3 players (like my old ipod and Sansa Clip), but I'm not sure if I'm wanting to full my Playdate's 4gigs of space with albums. Hmmm..

According to this Reddit thread, Kicooya MP3 for Playdate might have some annoying limitations. Most notably, MP3s need to have a bitrate of 128kbps with a sampling rate of 44.1 kHz. There are also some limitations if your file names have a "." in them.

It doesn't seem to be hard on battery life though, and that UI looks sweet. I think I'll skip this one though.
