Something I've seen a lot of in recent articles about tech startups and companies is a certain type of guy (they are always guys) who leaves after one or two years because they're not motivated by the bit that comes next.

Something I've seen a lot of in recent articles about tech startups and companies is a certain type of guy (they are always guys) who leaves after one or two years because they're not motivated by the bit that comes next.
So we're getting this class of people who've never run a business which has to turn a profit, yet I would guess see themselves as hypercapitalists and are personally wealthier than almost anyone
