How to allow search users for guest? Guests redirects to the login page.

Go to ACP -> Settings -> General and select "Allow guests to search without logging in"

I realize this is probably not a great place for it, I'll move it to the Guest Settings page soon.

Maybe he means searching for users as a guest. Which I think is always disabled and there is no option to enable it.
