MangoLassi.it chat history does not go back the full 3 months

I went to reference some of my chat history only to learn that I'm limited to only 3 months worth of history (on a technical forum 2-3 years would be nice) and even worse, I don't actually see the full three months, instead it only goes back exactly 2 months.

Any chance you can re institute the history back for 3 months? I'd really like to retrieve a conversation there.
