How to add some script on each page ?

Hi.

I have a script which i want to run on each page of my forum. It's a script for comments and suggestions. It says that i should add some code right before the </body>. Is there something like global template or whatever that can help me ?

And yes, I know about "global footer" in "Widgets" but for some reasons i think it's a wrong way. Or is it OK?

Global footer would be fine if it's going before </body>.
