No refresh after SSO register/login or logout

For some reason the forum doesn't refresh when a new user registers or logs in via SSO. Same behavior on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Running 0.7.0-dev.

Also, for some reason on firefox and chrome it returns a 403 error when trying to pull the site logo. Not sure why. If i go to the address in a separate tab it just says "not allowed". Once I login it works fine. Seems to be some permission mixup. Only happened once I upgraded to 0.7

Ok, when I switched to using a clustered setup with nginx serving static assets this issue went away.
