@agusputra I agree with your suggestion about helper buttons. The open source project Rocket Chat has an unobtrusive way of hinting basic Markdown syntax.

It might be useful to have something like this at the bottom of the editor input field.
Is there a way to paste imagens directly in the editor?

The users of my forum uses a lot of gifs that they host by themselves in an anothers sites (like imgur).
They're used to the WYSIWYG editor of the IP.Board that allows them to copy and paste the image directly in the editor (like we do to paste a image in Office).
Is there any way to do it? Or an easy alternative, like a button in the editor that allows them to paste the URL of the image (uploading wouldn't be good, they use a loooot of gifs)?

I know they can do it, but I'm sure they won't learn the syntax behind it (I tried before and the solution was to copy and paste the image).
That's why I wanted a button in the editor where they can put the alt text and the image url.
