My wife has been locked out of Facebook. Out of the blue. No clue as to why. It's been two days and she hasn't found a way to get back into the account. It's not just Facebook. It's all her contacts on Messenger, all the third-party services she logs into using her Facebook account.

Don't have an online #identity that relies on a single social media/cloud provider. Email on your own domain should be your online identity.
