Profile cover pictures from theme rocket

Hey @psychobunny , concerning the profile cover pictures from theme rocket - do I suck at JS or does the feature actually not work yet? I tried incorporating the individual components and snippets used in rocket in my Lavender-based theme, but it looks like the client-side hooks for the /user/* route are never triggered.

Eh, rocket is DOA, unfortunately. There were some good ideas, which were ported over to core (and some to Persona), but we recommend going with Persona instead.

Namely, the profile cover pictures ended up being moved over to group cover photos
