Change the color of the button when it is clicked with the mouse pointer, is there a css code?

Hello I'm fairly new to nodeBB and I was wondering if their is a way I can disable the ability for users to change their avatars. I wish to have a proprietary avatar for my forums that people can not change or upload their own.

Try this, in Admin -> Settings -> User
Users will still be able to upload their own avatars though. There isn't a setting to disable that, but for the time being you can set "Maximum User Image File Size" to 0. Created an issue for that specifically:
