I wish I had a good answer to this question.

Clearly we fight misogyny and racism and their misogynoir combination, root and branch, throughout society. But in the meantime, do we have to only nominate men, mostly white men, for national elections? Can we justify the risk? But I •hate• for that to be the conclusion.
