I worked at a company where we were establishing personas for various people who used our service. One of them was for a person running a large conference and it said that "she wants to run a 10k person conference."
But if that's what she wanted, she wasn't a customer of ours since we capped at 1/10th that. She was a customer of _someone else_. It would require more than just supporting a use case to get her to switch.

If you are looking to drive adoption you have to do more than "ask people what are their blockers on using you," you have to understand what the dependency chain looks like to not just meet their needs but _actually get them to move_.
This is more than lining up features on a scorecard. That gets you in the door, but it doesn't make people move.

@hrefna 100%. If it was just fixing blockers, we’d have had full IPv6 deployment over a decade ago. (That’d be where I learned the lesson.)
