Bug in notificacions (nodebb.org instance)

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the notifications received today.

The problem is, when i click on the notification link showed in the notification itself, the link doesn't navigate, it only refresh the actual page (if you are in home, home gets refreshed).

Also the link sent in the notification mail, when clicked shows a 404 error.
