Ukraine will hold elections immediately after the war so that all refugees and soldiers can vote, according to Zelenskyy’s Presidential Office chief, Andriy Yermak.
The vote, which was scheduled for early 2024, has been postponed due to martial law.

North Korean soldiers slated to arrive at the front are very young, slightly built and ill-trained for the type of combat in #Ukraine, the WSJ reports.
