One option is to go to a voting center or your county's election office, but you can also do it online at https://VoteWA.gov -- and even print it out at home. It's a fairly straightforward process (although you'll have to log in a couple of times). Here's detailed instructions, with screnshots.

A bit of context here: Vancouver WA is a suburb of Portland, and part of a district where there's a hotly-contested Congressional race going on, with Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez trying to keep her seat against far-right Joe Kent, a fave of Proud Boys in the district. The area of Vancouver where these ballots were burned is relatively blue; most of the district is red.

The parent post is a real story about ballots being burned. There was also a real attack on a ballot box in Portland. But last week, there was a fake video -- involving russian actors -- falsely claiming that ballots were being burned.
So, double-check links you reshare them!
I've working on a longer post about election disinformation, and honestly the single most important takeaway is "think before you post".
