I converted the CSV from http://demo.fedilist.com/instance (heads-up, the page takes a moment to load).
As for handling the authentication, I use https://github.com/stefanbohacek/auth-server

@[email protected] okay. slowly absorbing this. for every mastodon server you make api calls against that instance to register an application? I didn't know you could do that without being a logged in account? Anyone can hit those apis to make an oauth app?

And as you might've seen, it's best to save the app token and reuse it for the same server, otherwise you'd be creating bunch of apps. (And you might've also seen what happens when people don't do that.)
