Is there a way to send an email to all members?

I am looking for a way to occasionally send a nicely formatted email to all members. I'd like to use it for sending important announcements or a monthly curated newsletters of some sort. I was thinking it would be really awesome if there was a way to send the content of a post via email to everyone on the forum. Is that currently possible? If not, can this be done via a plugin?

If you have mailgun plugin and the mailgun account you can download a .csv file of all your members.
Use that with mailgun and send a mass email through them.

@Scuzz cool! I did not know. That does not look too bad.

Still, it would be nice if this function was built right into nodebb. So an admin could "compose" a message or just send out the OP on a topic as an email.
