USA has not had a +50% general election in ages. it’s why we have so many bad incumbents stay in power. once you go past that 50% of elligible voters mark, all bets are off; cuz it most likely tip AGAINST republicans ESPECIALLY, down ticket.

now you know why voting actually matters and why republicans and DINOS spend so much money and effort suppressing the vote.

if you are early voting today in #NY state, vote YES on Proposition #1 and vote NO on all the other ones.

Proposition #1 is New York State’s version of the Equal Rights Amendment that would ensure equal rights for cis & #LGBTQI people; including the right to be pregnant, and the right to an #abortion.

attacks on #LGTBQI people includes calls for forced #sterilization and that's why the language of proposition #1 protects both rights to choose to be pregant or to have an abortion.

Tuesday is the general election. if you find that you are not on the voting rolls, ―purging does happen here in New York― you are supposed to be given a provisional ballot AND a voting registration card.

this happened to me a few elections ago. the process is seamless and you still get your vote scanned.
