Hi Folks,
as a user of IPBoard and also an Informatics Engineer, i just can say i love NodeBB and i intend to use it for next projects. I love how fresh it feels, lightweight, easy to use. It's a fine piece of software, i think its much better than its nearest competitor (discourse) and i think you should make more buzz about it in social networks, i find that very few people know about NodeBB.

The forum software arena is pretty ripe for new competitors. Many people are realising that monolithic social networks are detrimental to privacy (among other reasons), and maintaining many aliases (across many boards) is something that works just as well.
NodeBB is growing still
