If you know of someone on Threads or Bluesky that you'd like to be able to follow from your Mastodon account, we can reach out!
-
Threads users should be able to see your comments (there is sometimes a delay) but they can't reply yet.
There is a seperate tab under a post for Fediverse replies so this might be why they're getting lost!
-
Good to know! How about bluesky denizen? Should they be able to see my comments?
-
Is the Canadian journalist Andrew Coyne on Threads?

@noaism.bsky.social seems to be inactive but we'll reach out to @homicidols.bsky.social for you!
-
We've just reached out! We also asked Michael if they can bridge their Bluesky account as they seem more active over there.
Will let you know if we hear back.

Yes they should but, again, there can sometimes be delays due to the (brilliant) home-built 3rd party tech linking everything.

We'll reach out!

You look dodgy. Like an advertising agency masquerading as a charity. There's something off.
What's your privacy agreements? Who's Vijay Patel?
-
Half the boosts are from your own server. You're brigading yourself, gaming explore on other instances.
What's going on here?
-
Hi, the boosts are our Community Feed accounts which organise posts into topical feeds across the Fediverse.
They boost the posts of key contributors (chosen by our team). As this tech is also what we use on the Newsmast app, that means all Community Feeds see our brand account posts and boost them. That way, we can quickly communicate with our users.

You're artificially boosting your own posts, also know as brigading.
Are your employees and trutees paid or volunteers? What are their salaries? Where does the capital come from for the venture? Are their any payments being made to private businesses for services? How much? Are any of those businesses owned by associates, trustees or employees of Newsmast? Do you operate out of business premises? Who owns the lease? How much rent is paid?

We'll see what we can do!
-
We understand the concerns about our Community Feeds, but we are not brigading. Our system ensures communication with our Feed and Community users.
We are aware of the side effects of this system but we have worked with the Mastodon team to prevent these. Both ourselves and the Mastodon team are limited by the existing tech, but we do need to communicate with our users.
