I'm not an American but I did see this on Youtube, the comments were fascinating.
But I understand that this is aimed at women in a coercive relationship, possibly in a poorer community.
It's a clever approach but also desperately sad. -

Great point! This ad is also directed at men, family members, churchgoers, friend groups and really just anyone that is in a relationship or community where they are being coerced. It's a free country. At least it still is.
