when Republicans put all sorts of constraints on hormonal therapies —and the fascist pharmabros will giddily acquiesce if it means they can increase 1000% the price of insulin and everything and anything to do with hormonal therapies— watch how it will be the price of insulin and menopausal therapies that will skyrocket again.
you cannot separate endocrinology from all the other biological systems. you just can't.
