@puppygirlhornypost2 @catsalad I have it on good authority that the usual process for construction regulations works like this. First, there's the usual way of doing things. Ten thousand injuries later, OHSA shows up and says "this should, like, require training?" and then some company records a 60-minute training video and you pay them $50 to watch it and get a laminated card. Another ten thousand injuries later, OHSA shows up again and says "and maybe, like, hard hats?"
