#Ukrainian #intelligence launched a drone strike on the #Russian Saratov oil refinery, which belongs to the Russian company Rosneft, a source in the Ukrainian Defence Force tells RBC-Ukraine.
The source also said that the attack caused a fire.

A refinery in Saratov was attacked overnight on November 8, with Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) reportedly behind the operation, according to RBC-Ukraine's sources in the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

The U.S. will back #Ukraine if President #Zelenskyy decides to negotiate with Moscow, said State Dept. spokesperson Matthew Miller, adding that it’s Ukraine’s choice alone.
