Personally, I didn't need any more convincing that in spite of everything he laid ground for, Stallman has long become unfit for leadership in the free software community.
Even so, as there are still people actively defending and enabling him, I'm grateful to the authors of the https://stallman-report.org/ (@report_press) for having dedicated their time to compile a well researched, courageous reminder to us all, that this man, and those who back him, should not be leaders in our movement(s).
Of the piles of evidence in the report I found this most telling: "Stallman has emphasized that teenagers are distinct from “children”, on average, once every 9 weeks since 2003. Stallman has made this distinction 42 times following his 2019 retraction, an average of once every 6½ weeks since the retraction."
This is not a person who said something controversial once or twice and was misread and slandered for it.
This is a person that regularly and systemically tests and pushes the boundaries of how openly he can advocate in defense of abuse. A person that is at best a free speech troll, and at worst seeks to politically and philosophically dismantle our understanding and laws that protect the vulnerable against abuse. A person utterly unfit for leadership.
