Weird: #Chatcontrol is currently on the provisional agenda for both days. Thursday in the Home Affairs configuration and then again on Friday in the Justice configuration. So to me it seems the tactic is to have a discussion but no vote on Thursday, some compromise appears out of thin air and on Friday the vote will be cast. In the hope that this approach will allow e.g. Poland to change its position. High risk game by Hungary.
