I tried several links under doc and it's showing website offline

That's @psychobunny personal blog, he's probably broken it , I wouldn't use that article as a guide, the information on it was written around the time 0.4.2 was out. And things have changed since. I'm not sure if another guide exists, or if psychobunny could do what he planned to, which was to update it and put it in the docs.
