    I wanted to share a bug from my android tablet, so I took a screenshot and I wanted to upload it here. Then I noticed the fact that in mobile view there is no upload buttons in the post editor neither are any bold italics and other formatting buttons. Since majority of net users are logged in from tablets and smart phones, this is a must fix problem. Another bug is that usually in android when we request for desktop version of a site, we get it, but nodebb forum still shows the mobile version when I explicitly request for desktop view through chrome browser.

    There is no desktop version and mobile version. It's the same page. It's called responsive design. It uses the bootstrap framework.

    It's all down to the width of your browser window, so if you're on a tablet or phone, you'll get what fits. 👍

    The composer bug has been reported previously and should be fixed soon.

    😩.........Forgot to mention it's Vanilla theme, so the mobile view is unlike Persona.

    Some kind of paging function would also be good for mobile devices where RAM is frequently at a high premium.

    NodeBB causes not-infrequent browser crashes on my iPad2 on longer threads. When I click a link that takes me to the 60th post in a thread or something, there is a long delay as the slower browser begins by loading the op oldest posts in batches. It would be good if there were a way to make it skip doing that and take me directly to the unread posts (without switching the full application to paged mode).

    Perhaps on mobile devices you could add a secondary navigation bar with the paging functions (arrows, "displaying X-Y of Z", etc).

    @zenkamal @a_5mith This sounds like it's due the new way we store post bookmarks.

    Basically:

    Before, we stored the pid (e.g. 2341) Now, we store the post index (e.g. 5) The bookmark only updates if the current post # is > than the bookmarked post # Unfortunately, 5 will never be greater than 2341, so the bookmark never goes away.

    The old bookmark is basically trying to load the 2341th post in the topic, which doesn't exist. You can clear the bookmark by clicking the "x" at the top right of the notification alert, then that topic should be fixed.
