a bug about sitemap.xml

when I use Chinese as the topic。the sitemap.xml using the chinese as url。but Google don't support this。like this：http://localhost/category/5/头脑风暴室

so why not change to http://www.libgdx.cn/category/5/头脑风暴室

so Google can support it 。please！！！！！
