User reporting "No topics with these tags"

Using 0.5.0-1, I've noticed an issue with tags, maybe a regression. But if there's a space before and after an ampersand in a tag (Ben & Jerrys) for example, the tag doesn't show the topic, just a no topics exist. However without a space, works fine.

Also noticing the occasional Err: value is not an interger or not defined (something like that anyway, didn't catch the full error, on certain tags. If I find one that does it reliably, I'll post it here.

Thanks @a_5mith, let us know. The tags one definitely sounds like a new bug though.
