Setting the daily digest.

I know in old canadialand you can't email someone without first having permission, however in the UK, it's not quite so strict, you just can't spam, sending notifications etc aren't quite so frowned upon. SO, my question to you, rather than going through each user, is their a way I can set Daily as the default?

You could, but then it would get kind of expensive if you were using a service like Mandrill

We can look into adding this back for v0.5.0... maybe an ACP option.

@julian Mandrill offers 12k emails a month, + a lot of my members signed up with throw away email accounts, so I'd go through and disable those.

An option would be spiffing.
