Back in Canada you could buy beef pies. Like chicken pot pies, but beef with dark gravy.
Boy do I miss those.

@sanguish They have those in the states as well… I’ve seen a few brands in the frozen food aisle, but my local bakery makes them as well.

@octothorpe none of the grocery stores around here have them. I’ve not found a bakery with them, but we have pretty limited choices around here.

Do you cook? They’re not too difficult to make, especially if you get frozen pie crusts.
This is making me crave Jamaican beef patties.

I’ve never had Jamaican beef patties. I got hooked on the jerk chicken when I was there and didn’t deviate for the three weeks
