If this is all the value you bring to an org, then you can be replaced trivially by an intern.
Tho I wouldn't inflict that workflow on an intern, personally, because I have actual standards that include "be able to explain and justify everything you commit"

@munin we told our coworkers about the aviation concept of "magenta line", where pilots overinvested in automation and forgot how to fly the goddamn plane, and that seems to have had some effect
