What compounds this as an issue is that they don't just use these tactics, it's that the Netanyahu regime is entirely uninterested in peaceful resolutions. There is no way for the civilians getting hit by these attacks to negotiate an end to them, no way for anyone to deescalate the situation, because Netanyahu himself is only interested in violent conflict and getting civilians killed.It's not just terrorism, it's a murder spree.
