Custom plugin folder is removed automatically after some time

Hi

Custom plugin folder is removed automatically after some time, I am not sure why this happened again ad again.

If the plugin isn't in package.json npm install will cause it to be removed.

Publish your plugin to npm then install it with npm install nodebb-plugin-posters then it shouldn't get removed.
