In settings there are these two items. What do they do?

Alt Text (Alternative text for accessibility)
og:image

where does the Alt Text get displayed
and what is og image?

@eveh alt text is what the browser will show (or any search engine crawl) in the event that the image cannot be read, or is being accessed via a screen reader.

The og image is OpenGraph which is a standard borne from Facebook but adopted by search engines and social media platforms alike and is used as the image displayed when referencing the page or post for sharing as an example.
