Custom fields for user information

    I want to add custom fields for user editing and registration. I found nodebb-plugin-ns-custom-fields but it seems not work. Is anything I need to set or even I native nodebb forum could add custom fields

    Sorry for the very late reply @julian !
    yes I was rebuilding the templates, it was a misconception by my side, i thought that I could change on the ACP the header and footer and it will affect to the other templates, but i was importing the src template.

    Now i'll try to override the e-mail templates using my child theme, is it just create a e-mail folder inside my templates folder?
    i've seen that this has been asked before, but why can't you change the e-mail subject from the ACP? i had to modify it on the src template.

    @baris Thank you. I'm pretty new to Mongo and after a little tinkering I figured out I had to run the following to get it work correctly:

    db.objects.update({_key: {$regex: /^user:\d+$/}}, {$set: {"signature": ""}}, {multi: true});

    Users stuck on the Logging in page

    Been experiencing a lot of issues with NodeBB, not much help via support - but one of the most annoying thing so far through testing is that users are stuck on the login page, inputting information and clicking okay keeps them on that page - needing to click the banner to go to the forum page, and then refresh to see and function as normal.

    We cannot find out what is causing this issue.

    You are better off calling the user.create method in nodebb. There are more data structures that need to be created.
