Minor Outage (May 23rd, 2014)

Hello all,

On Friday, May 23rd 2014 at approximately 1:30 PM EDT our New York server underwent emergency maintenance, causing our manage portal to go down. This server was responsible for routing requests to individual forums - subsequently several NodeBBs were inaccessible for about an hour. We apologize for the inconvenience - we will be taking steps to ensure that any maintenance of the routing server will not cause any service disruption in the future. We will be applying refunds towards customers' accounts affected during this period, reflected on the next invoice.
