I'm sorry, english is not my language, maybe I have errors.

I want that guests be able to write a quick-reply, but not be able to write a normal reply or to write a new topic.
there is such option?

@yehonatan-albert Maybe you can enable guests to reply in manage > priveleges.

We highly recommend you stay up to date for the latest security fixes.

This looks more like a cacheing issue though. You can try running a rebuild and restart, that should reset the cache buster.
Need a quick tutorial on how to add a home page ..

You create the custom pages under the plugins=>custom pages page. You would enter myhome as the route for your page. Then save and go the the extend=>widgets page to add widgets to your page.

If question is big or has multi part then while responding it is needed to view it.

If the screen space is not big enough to show both then atleast on a scroll questions should be viewable. As of now thats not the case.

All checkboxes for guests are unticked.

Yes, they can see the tags, not the topics. But the tags are also something they shouldn't see because it more or less discloses the content of the board.

Hmm I don't think we expose isAdmin and isModerator globally to the templates so that you can them everywhere. Maybe we should, everything in the config object is exposed so if you open your console and type config any variable you see under that object you can use in the templates. You can also take a look at the routes by prepending api to the url like https://community.nodebb.org/api/topic/1917/users-shouldn-t-be-able-to-purge-their-posts/10 you can use stuff from there in the template as well.
