Is there a way i can restrict the type of topics/post in a category?

like an pictures category where u can only do pictures (like instagram feed)

or a video category where u do only videos (like instagram stories)

then it showns in the homepage like this & people can scroll?

I've noted for quite some time that PICTURE doesn't accurately describe that button's function. I offer DISPLAY WEB IMAGE as more meaningful.

I concur. Maybe "External Image Link" would be descriptive? Maybe a bit on the long side so maybe edit that down to "Image Link"? Cuz I also guess that said image link may well be to some other image already uploaded.

I would like to know if it is possible to display multiple specific categories.
For example, if I would like to display only categories #1 and #2 but not the others, how I could do that ?

Hi,
Im trying to add a list of categories to my custom homepage template using:

<h1>homepage header</h1>


however - instead of a list, it just outputs:

No new posts.

Im using a custom theme based on persona. The h1 tag renders fine..

Any help would be appreciated.
I suspect I need to add in the categories data in somewhere.. but can't find any documentation on this..

Use custom css in the admin appearance tab like this, using the actual category number you want to hide:
.page-category-16 [component="category/post/guest"] { display: none; }
Really, I feel like the Login to Post is for posting to the forum in general, not necessarily to the category being viewed.
