I am a freelancer and in the neurodivergent club. I've been using the #Pomodoro technique for three weeks straight. This is my longest commitment ever. Here are some things I learned.
I started with 25:5 intervals. 25 minutes of work is bearable and the lookout for a break is soothing. 5 minutes break time is hell though. I adjusted to 25:10, then 30:15, then 45:20 and 60:30.

45:20 is quite a good balance between transition time, focus time and wellness break. Unfortunately I can't handle the same 45:20 blocks after one another. A good productive day looks like this: 20:10 45:20 45:60 20:20 45:20 -----long break----- 60:20 20:10 20:10
Now, I wish there was an app that would allow me to define different intervals on the go. (2/2)
