How to be noticed of new posts by email?

Hello,

I have a forum https://pythonforum.ir and the number of topics are not high to check it daily.
I've been looking for a feature that when a new topic is created, it sends me (admin user) an email that 'hey, new topic is created. go there who's asking what :)' for example.
I couldn't find such feature in admin settings.

Does NodeBB provide this feature? Or are there any plugins like this?

Hello again,
I use this plugin and today a user created a new topic but it did not notify me with email. I usually check my website daily and due to that matter, I found a new topic is created.

Would you mind helping me other plugins if they work?

Yes, when someone registers (registration queue is enabled), or replies in a thread I watch out things like this, yes I get notification.

@inna I'm not too familiar with the plugin, but after enabling and activating it, did you update the "following/watching" settings in the category so that it notifies you? There should be an option at the category level to subscribe to the topic.

Thanks for the reply.
I had misunderstanding how this plugin works, now I got it.
It works now

Just for other users if they see this topic in the future: You should go to each Category you created before or create after that, click on Subscribe green button and the plugin should work for you like me.
For example in my website I have 3 categories called Q/A, Free Discussion and Announcements. I should subscribe in all these three and then just wait for another user to create topic.

Your email sending should work of course.
