User Titles

People likes to make them feel special. I have a group called VIP members but it is not listed anywhere. Can we accommodate somewhere that people browsing the forum will know that they are members with special status ? May be user title / group name around avatar or a a coloured ring around the avatar.

It is very much doable with some client side code since as of here. Future theme authors could build this in potentially

Is there any custom CSS code using which I can add this sparkling effect to a particular user group ?
