Is there a way to show recent or popular posts from same category?

@Staff Is there a way to show other topics from the same category in a widget on a topic page?

For example here we have this topic https://discussimdb.com/topic/4362/the-smoldering-one-is-back-dr-smolder-bravestone-and-his-intrepid-team-of in category Dwayne Johnson. How can we should only topics from this category in a widget, ideally category ID is taken dynamically so it works for other categories too.

@fais3000 Yes, you'll want to use the "suggested topics" widget

What I am unclear of, is whether it loads topics just from that category or not. Perhaps this is something we can add in, @baris?

@julian Thanks, I'm aware of suggested topics, we're already using that but it gets topics from other categories too. Which doesn't work when you just want to focus on certain type of topics (a category) only.
