Can't register or log-in to Admin account

Upon trying to register for a new account, I am receiving this error:
Registration Error
We were unable to log you in, likely due to an expired session. Please try again
And yes, my URL does match my config.json file

@FrankM I actually do have the line they said to insert already in there:
So I don't believe this is the issue.

Resolved - I needed to run ./nodebb restart
