If you don't have your ballot yet (or if you've lost it, or spilled something on it, or if it was in a ballot box that vandals set on fire) you can request a new one.

One option is to go to a voting center or your county's election office, but you can also do it online at https://VoteWA.gov -- and even print it out at home. It's a fairly straightforward process (although you'll have to log in a couple of times).
