Shared login between multiple nodebb sites

Hi all,

I just wondered, is it possible to have main nodebb install in which people can use there login details to login on say a seperate nodebb install running on a subdomain? Rather than getting users to sign up again?

@Brophy with some customization it is probably possible to use this within two different NodeBB's: https://github.com/julianlam/nodebb-plugin-session-sharing

Hi @Brophy ,

Were you successful at this? I wonder if everything worked fine.

Soon, we also want to have two nodebb forums sharing the same login details one at /forum subfolder, the other at /classifieds subfolder. It would be great if this is possible.

I never got around to doing anything with it.

We have a few gaming sites and I wanted to have one userbase between them all.
